*Note: Black Friday is a mandatory working day What You'll Do- Support customers via live, two-way video - no phones, no scripts
- Help with product inquiries, order questions, returns, and general service needs
- Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and authenticity
- Navigate multiple systems with ease to find fast, accurate solutions
- Deliver retail-level customer care in a digital-first environment
- Meet individual and team performance goals to earn bonus pay
Who You Are- At least 18 years old
- Able to work on-site full-time in Morrow, GA
- Available for retail-style hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Comfortable being on live video to assist customers - camera is required for all interactions
- Have great communication skills and a friendly, confident presence
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred (no call center experience needed!)
- Able to use basic technology and quickly learn new software tools
