Job Details Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Puller to join their team in Siloam Springs, AR. As a Warehouse Order Puller, you will play a crucial role in the order fulfillment process by accurately pulling and packing replenishment and seasonal orders according to customer requirements. Key Responsibilities - Pull and pack customer orders utilizing approved order pulling procedures.
- Meet established efficiency and accuracy standards, ensuring orders are packed without errors.
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications - General educational background and/or 7 to 11 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers.
- Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence.
- Capable of following detailed written or oral instructions and dealing with problems involving known variables in routine situations.
- Ability to work under immediate supervision and perform general assignments with periodic performance checks.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Occasional use of desktop/laptop computers and production machines.
- Periodic exposure to noise, intermittent standing, walking, pushing, carrying, or lifting; occasional lifting of 25 to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Frequent walking, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, or hearing.
- Work near moving mechanical parts with moderate noise levels.
