Job ID: 21-14223 Description: Responsible for Leading and driving the development of technology enabled products in line with the established strategy and roadmap. Create marketing requirements by understanding the needs of the market and customers. Help the creation of product requirements in collaboration with R&D. Create key marketing messages and documents. Contribute to the new product roadmap and business strategy. Facilitate complex and nuanced discussions of hot topic issues with partners to map path forward when necessary. Participate in relevant meetings with partners and internal functional teams to ensure progress and alignment and to connect the dots across efforts. Self-starter that does not wait to be told what to do • sees an opportunity, defines an action plan, and runs with it. • Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency, requires minimal oversight to drive challenges to closure. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Master's degree, PhD and/or MBA or equivalent degree preferred). Minimum 5 • 7 years of experience of relevant product management or customer-facing roles in the life sciences or related industry. Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence / empathy, including ability to influence colleagues, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and disciplines. Data-driven decision maker who can identify, prioritize, and resolve key issues and risks. Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment with competing deadlines and changing priorities.
