The ED at Saratoga Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility that treats 40,000 patients annually, including cardia and trauma. Our 30-bed emergency department, includes a separate secured behavioral health unit with 6 additional beds where Crisis Nurses/ Evaluators provide assessment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Assessments: Incorporates appropriate assessment and intervention skills that are age specific in all interactions and delivery of nursing care. Assesses patients physical/psycho-social status. Analyzes relevant data. Integrates assessment results in care planning, goals and outcomes.
