This position is focused on actively recruiting diverse populations for employment opportunities within the company. Requires the ability to establish a relationship with state refugee agencies, resettlement agencies, local churches, etc. Analyzes refugee resettlement data, identifies areas that could allow for successful recruitment and determines the most effective recruitment techniques to maximize applicant flow. Requires the ability to engage potential applicants, effectively communicate opportunities available and determines if the potential applicant is qualified for the hourly positions available. Involves assisting with the relocation process and providing ongoing support to ensure successful transition into their new job and community. Will support regional business operations and report to the Regional Human Resources Director or Director Human Resources - Operations dependent upon the region.
