Job Summary and Qualifications

The Technical Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior developers, programmers, researchers, and analysts. We areproviding a learning opportunity for youto gain on-the-job training and experience in the field while building a strong colleague network within the organization.You will be assigned professional development sessions, a mentor, a project, and an opportunity to learn from industry leaders in the field of healthcare technology.Technical Resident apprenticeships are6-monthslong with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to a full-time employee.

Whatyoulldo:

  • Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team
  • Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee
  • Continually grow professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled OR recent graduate from a technical school OR a Bachelors/Masters Degreeprogram
  • Interest in technology
