Quality Lab Operations Leader
: Job Details :

Execute daily allocation of resourcing amongst the QC team. Drive team performance and develop an accountability mechanism to support feedback. Identify the requirements for support of multiple departments and help achieve strategic goals. Facilitate and support RCA activities. Identify and scope improvement opportunities in the process. Collaborate with fellow QC lab supervisors to scope opportunities amongst different work areas. Lead daily meetings with technicians. Acknowledge and facilitate fulfillment of the needs of the technicians, the QC team, and the physical resourcing of the lab. Understand and maintain Delawares Quality Management System requirements. Maintain and complete a personal and team development plan. Contribute to Departmental X matrix action items as assigned. Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering. At least 2 years of professional experience in a laboratory setting. Experience in people leadership required.
