Job Description :
Responsible for the oversight and processing of all financial transactions related to the multiple units across campus. This includes maintaining accurate, compliant and confidential records and providing necessary account reconciliations, analysis, policy education and enforcement, as well as budget/expense forecasting as requested by assigned Finance and Business Operations Manager(s). This position requires initiative, judgment, and considerable verbal and written contact with faculty and staff across campus. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in business by start date with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance; OR a Bachelors degree by start date with 5 years of accounting/finance work experience; OR associates degree by start date and 7 years of accounting/finance experience; OR 10 or more years accounting/finance experience in lieu of degree.
