\n\n Foster and support the Sargento Culture.\n. Monitor employee interactions to ensure they comply with our corporate culture.\n. Monitor products to verify conformance to specifications.\n. Monitor equipment and plant conditions to ensure they comply with regulatory and company safety policies.\n. Support the plant safety program by actively participating in improvement programs.\n. Understand production schedule and recommend areas for improvement. Is able to create and adjust work orders as needed.\n. Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.\n. Communicate with peer supervisors and cross-functionally to coordinate activities in the best interest of Sargento.\n.
