Ensure that the packing schedule is followed to satisfy the needs of our customers. Ensure the quality of product meets Company and industry standards. (90%)Ensure that all quality issues are directly reported to the department lead. (5%)Ensure that the immediate work area remains clean to avoid any safety related issues. (5%)DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - If you can do everything listed above, youve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:High School Diploma or GED (preferred)Attendance: able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance. Speaking: able to effectively communicate in group settings and one-on-one, with all departments and at all levels within the organization. Effectively communicate between shifts to ensure departmental goals are achieved. Measurements: able to read a tape measure to 1/32 tolerance and to use combination squares to measure angles to /- 1 degree, micrometers, calipers.
