Sr. Packaging Engineer
: Job Details :

Coordinate and lead certification and recertification testing via ISTA and IATA using both in-house capabilities and third party facilities. Build a growth strategy to further strengthen the core competency in packaging design, development and testing. Lead packaging-related failure investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Manage bottle and closure design, supplier selection, and develop control processes. Engage with customer change notifications and complete engineering change orders successfully. Mentor and grow junior packaging engineers, encouraging their development and expertise.
