This position works in-person in Rochester, MN. This role is not eligible for H-1 B or Green Card sponsorship. The Associate Director of Academic and Disability Resources is a dynamic student-centered role that is vital in ensuring that every UMR student has the academic resources to support their learning and can develop to their greatest potential. The Associate Director will oversee and implement the accommodations process; lead the the design and implementation of a peer tutoring center; and redesign UMRs undergraduate academic assistant (UAA program) in a context of an innovation campus that applies evidence to practice in and out of the classroom. Rooted in a deep commitment to student success, inclusion, and support, this student-facing position is part of both vibrant and collaborative Student Life and Academic Affairs Teams, reporting part-time to the Director of Counseling and Health Services and part-time to the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs and Innovation.
