Central Maine Healthcare is looking for a Full Time, Benefits Coordinator to join the Human Resources team! The Human Resources Benefits Coordinator works closely with the Benefits Manager and the Benefits Administrator. Assists with the day-to-day administration and team member support for group benefit programs (group health, dental, vision, life insurance, Cobra, flexible spending accounts, and HSA etc.)Education and Experience:Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field. Two or more years of HR experience, in healthcare industry experience and benefits knowledge preferred. Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local regulations relating to Human Resources, i.e. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Affirmative Action.
