The Milk Receiver is responsible for testing and unloading of all raw milk received to include cleaning and sanitation of raw milk equipment. Job Responsibilities - Perform all pre-unloading tests required. - Unload and keep records of all incoming milk. - Obtain and maintain all required licenses needed to perform job. - Clean, both manually and by CIP (Clean in Place). - Operate screening equipment as required to test bacteria, DMC. - Positively represent GLC to milk suppliers. - Maintain general housekeeping of work area. - Report any problems with operation of equipment to Supervisor. - All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies & procedures. - All GLC employees are expected to produce our products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in our Safe Quality Food Program. - Other responsibili...Night, Manufacturing, Retail
