Changeover Efficiency: Prioritize efficient changeovers to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) scores. Minimize downtime during transitions between production runs. Provides timely breaks and covers when other operators are on vacation or leave. Breaks and Coverage: Provide timely breaks for operators. Step in to cover when colleagues are on vacation or leave. You will acquire the ability to operate equipment in various departments, including filling, blow mold, MSS activities, and rework. Equipment Proficiency: Learn and understand equipment across various departments (e.g., filling, HTST, Raw Receiving, blow mold, sanitation, rework). Safely operate machinery while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Albertsons Safety Policies. Training Support: Assist with the facilitys training program.
