Job Purpose and Duties:Under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds with an emphasis on maintenance and repairs of all equipment. Performs repairs and conducts maintenance on grounds equipment through established procedures and guidelines. Assists in planning and scheduling of maintenance activities and maintains records of equipment. Maintains inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.
