Conduct hands-on laboratory work to support the research and development of innovative materials and technologies, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency in experimental design and execution while adhering to safety procedures. Characterize materials using various analytical techniques, gaining a fundamental understanding of the materials through collaborative efforts with internal teams and external institutions, such as nearby universities. Collect, organize, and analyze data to extract valuable insights that guide the direction of research. Actively contribute to idea generation and engage in technical problem-solving. Communicate results through written and oral reports to the broader team. Collaborate in cross-functional teams to advance projects. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Chemistry.
