Key responsibilities include benefits administration, compensation, recruitment and retention, employee and labor relations, colleague safety, and training/development. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and requires someone capable of independently managing the Human Resources office in the Director's absence. This is a task force opportunity expected to last approximately 5 months, ideal for an individual who can quickly adapt, contribute immediately, and support the HR function during a period of transition or need.
