Primary Position Objective:
Are you energized by the opportunity to develop future leaders in a fast-paced, customer-driven industry? We're seeking a Leadership Development Program Administrator to join our team and help shape the future of talent in the insurance space.
In this role, you'll bring leadership learning to life by managing end-to-end program operations, creating meaningful learning experiences, and supporting participants as they grow through rotational assignments. You'll collaborate with business leaders, coordinate impactful events, and ensure the program runs smoothly from onboarding through graduationall while building a strong community of emerging talent.
Essential Functions:
Program Design & Delivery: Design and manage program experiences including onboarding, learning modules, training coordination, and rotational assignments that support the growth of emerging leaders across the business.
Operations Management: Oversee program operations such as scheduling, tracking participant progress, rotation logistics, and maintaining alignment with program objectives.
Event & Internship Coordination: Lead event and experience planning by designing and managing leadership conferences, development events, and internship programs, including vendor coordination, business engagement, budget tracking, and logistical planning.
Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments by partnering with business leaders and HR to evaluate participant development needs and translate insights into program enhancements.
Data & Reporting: Monitor and report program data, tracking participant progression and key metrics while preparing regular updates and insights for senior leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage key stakeholders such as program sponsors, mentors, and business unit leaders to ensure alignment, support, and shared accountability for program outcomes.
Community Building: Foster community and cohort connection by using creative methods to drive participant engagement and peer collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve program structure and outcomes based on participant feedback, business needs, and organizational goals.
Project Coordination: Manage multiple program components simultaneously, keeping deliverables on track and adapting to evolving priorities.

Meets the requirements specified below:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
23 years of experience in program management, talent development, or leadership developmentpreferably within the insurance or financial services industry
Prior leadership experience, preferably within the insurance industry
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in various stages of planning and execution
Experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess program effectiveness, and recommend improvements
Work independently in an ambiguous environment
Leverage Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint) in a corporate environment to create, track, and report program expectations and participant experiences

Must be able to speak in a professional manner by telephone
Must be able to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states

Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
Must be able to work varying schedules to meet staffing or phone volume needs
