Our state-of-the-art practice has all the latest technology, including the Yomi® Robotic System, digital impressions, digital x-rays, and lasers. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must! Our team is enthusiastic, friendly, compassionate, and committed to the mission of delivering high-quality general, specialty, and cosmetic dentistry. Hours are as follows: Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM One Saturday per month: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Responsibilities: Present and schedule treatment and recare appointments Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements Perform general front office duties and maintain accurate records Create a friendly, professional experience for every patient Ability to communicate effectively and have a team-oriented mindset Greeting Patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable Coordinating multiple appointments for patients Being a brand ambassador for the business by building relationships Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of dental office experience Equivalent to High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), and specified training courses mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning Familiarity with Eagle Soft (preferred) Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Proficiency with computers; Excel knowledge is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Medical & Dental Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holiday Time 401(k) Smiles of Eastlake is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
