This project is located in Lathrop, MO and requires mobilizing to the site for project duration. Onboarding will take place at world headquarters in Overland Park, KS. Union or Union management experience is strongly preferred. Survey experience on conventional power sites is strongly preferred.
As a Level 2 Survey Technician, you will play a crucial role in Construction stakeout and in collecting and analyzing data to support engineering. You will work collaboratively with project team and utilize advanced tools to ensure precise measurements and efficient completion of tasks. Superintendent duties include completing safety task forms, supervision of staff.
Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction Management or Engineering degree. Completion of cost control, back charges, and schedule training. Completion of construction management and contract administration training.
Preferred Skills:
5+ years experience of construction field leadership on equivalent projects. Valid Driver's License. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Certifications: OSHA 10 certification.
