This highly visible role serves as the primary point of contact in supporting the talent acquisition team including the Manager of Employee Services, Employment Specialist(s), and the Training and Organizational Development Coordinator. The Coordinator provides administrative support to the recruiting, onboarding, and training functions. This position requires daily outreach to our management members located at multiple locations; therefore, time management, a commitment to detail, and effective communication are necessary requirements to assist in the efficiencies of the department. Minimum Qualifications Completion of one of the following: Bachelor s Degree and two years of previous administrative/ HR office experience providing support to multiple stakeholders. Associate s Degree and four years of previous administrative/ HR office experience providing support to multiple stakeholders.
