We are hiring a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Northeast Minneapolis, MN! Full-time, on-site M-F Pay $25 DOE Key Responsibilities: Communicate regularly with the billing department to ensure proper invoice alignment and documentation. Maintain accurate records and assist in managing AP and billing tasks related to project workflows. Partner with the regional project sales team to create accurate customer invoices through the job management system for direct vendor billings. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with the sales team and shared services. Qualifications: Education: Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered. Experience: Background in Accounts Payable, project billing, or job costing is strongly preferred. Prior experience using a job management or ERP system is a plus.
