The Assistant Director, Memorial Union is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Director, Memorial Union and serves as a member of the Memorial Unions professional team within the Division of Student Affairs. The Assistant Director provides leadership for the operations of the Memorial Union and Fischli-Wills Center for Student Success, including custodial, set-up and facilities maintenance. Responsibilities include coordinating the schedules of student and staff, and maintaining the Union facility. Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications: Two three years of experience related to college unions or facility management. Demonstrated supervisory experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate, organize, and prioritize projects with attention to detail.
