The Director, Facility Operations provides a high level of leadership and guidance to the Operations Management in multiple areas of the facility to ensure all facility and organizational goals and objectives are achieved. They direct the day-to-day Inbound and/or Outbound operations, coordinating and overseeing the operation of the entire facility in collaboration with Finance, Human Resources, Systems, and business partners (merchant partners, carriers, and vendors). What You Will Do Oversee financial, operational, safety, and service performance of the entire fulfillment center. Demonstrate leadership competencies such as driving results through others, achieving innovation, developing high-performing teams, and holding others accountable.
