Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift
: Job Details :

This position is responsible for performing overall maintenance and upkeep for the entire facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Painting and Drywall Repairs. Office Setup, Teardown, and Furniture Relocation. Event Setup and Teardown. Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems. Ensure that the facility is always in operating condition. Interior / Exterior Lighting. Small Appliance Repair. Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility interior. Inspect work performed to ensure it meets the required expectations and standards set by the company and leadership. Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facility. Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility. Assist other maintenance employees with projects and tasks. Assist with Outside Vendor Management / Scheduling.
