TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR Under supervision of the Transportation Manager, is responsible for coordinating and implementing new hire and ongoing training and accompanying documentation. Maintains records around Driver Licensing, DOT physicals, and BLS Certifications. Attends IDT Team daily and communicates all Transportation issues to appropriate staff and Departments with accompanying appropriate Tru. Chart and Ecolane updates. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists and communicates as needed with Dispatch to plan and execute the scheduling of transportation to and from the center for program participants. Respond and execute same day appointments with Dispatch. Assures that all scheduled transports are performed within specified times. Adjust Drivers' shifts and vehicle assignments as needed. Communicate daily bus and shift list to Dispatch and Drivers. Assists in timely distribution of medications to drivers and centers.
