Lead, reimagine and grow the Colleges annual giving, class, reunion and student philanthropy programs (now totaling $6 M annually) by providing donors more opportunities to make a difference and building communities of shared purpose. Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy by working closely and creatively with Individual Giving, Parent & Family Engagement, Alumni Engagement, the Mc. Andrews Fund and Marketing & Communications teams. Create and test innovative strategies to see where the aspirations of the College most closely align with those of our current and potential donors. Manage and inspire annual giving staff members. Identify, recruit, train and grow our volunteer corps. Manage and lift the sights of the Development Committee of the Alumni Council by showing them how their time, talent and treasure can enrich the Dickinson experience.
