BCSSSD and BCIT are seeking a shared Director of Security to maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors across both districts. The Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety protocols, access control, emergency preparedness, asset protection, and risk management strategies. This individual will also supervise and train security personnel while ensuring the daily operation and maintenance of modern digital security systems. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (required) Valid NJ Driver's License with no serious violations (required) Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience with a law enforcement agency At least 7 years of command-level experience (rank of Captain or above) Strong background in building security, including electronic security system setup and operation Expertise in school-related investigations, juvenile enforcement, and intervention/prevention programming Excellent oral and written commu...Director, Security, Education
