Under limited supervision provides leadership and direction for development of EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policy. Develop and implement plant wide EHS policies and programs. Conduct EHS assessments and provide guidance to BU Managers, supervisors, and other functional teams. Develop and deliver EHS training programs to all levels of management and employees plant wide. Participate/provide leadership on multifunctional teams to provide EHS support and guidance. Work with numerous internal customers. Interact with local, state/provincial, and federal level regulators. Duties and Responsibilities Compliance. Maintain technical proficiency in key safety areas. Serve as plant resource for specific program areas. Deliver EHS training programs to all levels of management and employees.
