Contractor Instructor Naval Flight Officer (NFO) (CIN) CI - Ns for the 15 F 8 H E-2 C Weapons System Trainer (WST), 15 F 14 E-2 D Tactics Trainer (TT), and 15 F 14 E-2 D Distributed Readiness Trainer (D-DRT) shall instruct students in the Combat Information Center (CIC) as required during simulator events. CI - Ns shall successfully demonstrate the ability to instruct, interact, and evaluate aircrew performance for all flight scenarios and provide instantaneous feedback regarding tactical employment and safety related decisions. CI - Ns must have the tactical expertise required to provide accurate simulation and instruction of all current and future mission areas executed by the E-2 C/ D crew to meet ACTC training requirements of ACCLWS in alignment with the CAEWWS Manual.
