The Stationary Service Technician will provide comprehensive support and maintain our Gen. Sure product, inclusive of the Pro. Gen fuel cells within the Gen. Sure assembly currently installed at customer remote locations, including performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns. The role requires highly adept technical and troubleshooting skills both with electro-mechanical and industrial gas systems. This position requires troubleshooting electrical/mechanical prototypes on site to correct operational deviations with minimal supervision by an engineer remotely. The ideal candidate should exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills as this role will offer a large amount of exposure to customer personnel. This selected candidate should have strong knowledge of high voltage AC and DC, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of controls.
