Honda Development & Manufacturing of America (HDMA) Regional Packaging Operations is responsible for the development and management of returnable packaging for all North America Facilities. This position leads medium complexity work scope for New Model packaging development. Facilitates and works with a large number of different stakeholders to gain feedback and buy in to ensure packaging is developed and implemented successfully and on-time. Will require minor support from peers and mentors to develop and complete tasks consistently. In the Packaging Developer role, you are responsible for developing custom packaging to secure shipping of automotive parts between suppliers and Honda plants while taking into account a wide degree of supply chain characteristics, part quality, handling objectives and constraints.
