To provide direct or indirect services to students with disabilities referred to/or receiving assistive technology as directed by Assistive Technology specialists; to disseminate information concerning assistive technology to school speech therapists, teachers, and students; to perform AT clerical duties. PAY GRADE: 190 - Grade 07 - Salary Range: $27,799.00 to $44,189.00. Salary placement will be based on Douglas County Board of Education approved salary schedules and years of verified experience. FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 190 Days (10 Months) REPORTS TO: Special Education Coordinator EDUCATIONAL LEVEL: High School Diploma. CERTIFICATION/ LICENSURE: GACE Paraprofessional Test Georgia PSC Paraprofessional Certificate 60 Semester Hours/90 Quarter Hours or successfully passed the GACE Paraprofessional Assessment Paraprofessional or substitute teacher experience preferred.
