The Orthopedic Clinic is seeking an energetic customer focused candidate that has previous healthcare / medical office experience to join our dynamic team as a Patient Services Representative. The Patient Services Representative will work directly with our patients to create an exceptional patient experience, while ensuring accurate, efficient and effective administration of operational practices. Our Patient Services Representatives are the first point of contact to our patients and will work in collaboration with our clinical team members to ensure a smooth patient flow. This role requires exemplary customer service skills, problem solving, organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
