Maintenance Engineer III
: Job Details :

Maintain the safe and effiecient operation of the centeral plant including boiler, chillers, snowmelt, colling towers, fan coils, pumps abd building automation systems. Commercial HVAC systems experience preferred. Industrial mechanic background preffered. Record mechanical equipment readings and ensure accuracy of records kept. Perfrom reparis and maintencace activites on equipment including lubrication, inspection, replacement of parts, and plant related work activities. Utilize the BAS system to keep accurate computerized records of activites, time, and materials required. Performs shifts expectations completion and documentation including maintaining the engineering log. Respond to emergencies as needed. Assist with oterh Central Plant duties as assigned. Location: Snowmass Village, CO - Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.
