Job Description :
This position is responsible for processing records requests, and for the storage, management, and all records held by the Auraria Campus Police Department. This position may also support the Clery Compliance Manager. Essential Job Functions: Data Management & Retention Provide assistance with administration and overall maintenance of the Records Management System and body worn camera (BWC) footage storage system. Assist personnel in using and navigating the BWC and Records Management System software. Review and redact police records and various forms of digital evidence to ensure the release is in compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and established policies and procedures. Assist with routine functionality audits, ensuring video evidence is uploaded correctly, and policies and procedures related police records and digital evidence are followed.
