Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)candidates are preferred to have 6 months of experience and must have a current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):* Room patients and update patient information* Perform tests such as EKG, take patient vitals, collect samples* Assist providers in delivering patient care under the supervision of RNs and/or providers* Explain procedures and treatments to patients* Aid providers during examinations and treatments* Observe patient and record significant reactions/conditionsRequirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):* A valid New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License* Current CPR, Current Physical, PPD, and MMRs, COVID vaccinationMust be proficient with blood draws.
