The NC Nurse Aide I Instructor will teach the didactic and clinical component of a curriculumdesigned to help students build knowledge and clinical skills aimed at passing the state competency exam for listing as a NC Nurse Aide I; teach classes and provide supervision of trainees during clinical training. This job requires flexible hours; days, nights and possibly weekends. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver the curriculum based on skill sets as mandated by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and to build knowledge and develop clinical skills aimed at assisting students to qualify for listing on the NC Nurse Aide I Registry. Supervise students during clinical training rotations. Evaluate the curriculum to meet State and federal requirements and address the needs of the students. Evaluate students' clinical progress regularly including using standardized assessment tools.
