Job Description :
This position supports the City's Executive Office through professional administrative and analytical work, with a primary focus on managing the City Commission agenda process. Key responsibilities include overseeing agenda preparation, maintaining quality control, training users, troubleshooting issues, and expanding the use of the agenda management system to additional City boards and commissions. The role also includes coordinating day-to-day office operations, recommending process improvements, and supporting policy development and implementation. The Analyst will help onboard and train new staff, serve as a liaison to other departments and boards, manage assigned projects, and assist with communications and constituent engagement.
