DSHS WSH Staffing Specialist - Program Specialist 3 Be a part of The Behavioral Health & Habilitation Administration, working on campus in Lakewood, WA, at Western State Hospital (WSH) as a Staffing Specialist Program Specialist 3. The Staffing Specialist is responsible for organization wide (WSH) implementation of daily/weekly/monthly staff schedules within the electronic scheduling system for approximately 1300 nursing employees and supervisors. Work schedule is as follows: 2 pm 12:30 am with Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday as regular days off. Pierce County employees are eligible to receive an Orca Card for transportation needs. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary. Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate.
