#x 9; Production Line Support: Train operators on new and existing processes. Assist with startup/shutdown procedures and serve as backup for specialized processes. Defect Resolution & Quality Assurance: Investigate causes of defects and recommend corrective actions. Custom Solutions: Develop custom racking solutions for challenging parts. Equipment and Chemical Processes: Provide engineering input on repair strategies and upgrades. Documentation & Workflow Optimization: Verify and update traveler instructions; create standard work documentation. Process Development & Introduction: Support new part introductions and collaborate on technical reviews. Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to reduce waste and optimize processes through data analysis and small-scale projects. Equipment Upgrades: Assist in modernization efforts and evaluate upgrade performance. Wastewater Treatment: Serve as backup operator and respond to urgent issues.
