WSP is currently initiating a search for a Construction Materials Technician for our Novi, MI office. This role will allow you to be involved in projects with our Earth & Environment Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients objectives and solves their challenges. Your Impact Perform field testing and inspections for soils, and aggregates in accordance with relevant standards Obtaining field samples and conducting soil and asphalt compaction testing Preparation of field compaction reports, laboratory testing reports, and other office assignments Ensuring field and laboratory equipment is maintained, repaired, and calibrated as required Maintain equipment, inventory and records required for an AASHTO certified laboratory Identify and develop new business opportunities Adhering to all company safety rules and policies Who You Are Required Qualifications High School Diploma. 5 years of relevant experience MDOT Density Control Certification Academic background in...Technician, Construction, Materials Technician, Office Manager, Healthcare
