Under the direction of the Senior Building Attendant, the Building Attendant is responsible for supervising community center activities and assisting with class registration. Positions are available at the Yucaipa Scherer Community Center, the Yucaipa Community Center, and the 7th Street Pool. The Scherer Center operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and the Yucaipa Community Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hours at the 7th Street Pool may vary. Additional shifts may be available during evenings and weekends at all locations for rentals and special events. Maximum of 950 hours per fiscal year.
