Reporting to the Program Director, the Saturday Academy Site Director will be responsible for leading Saturday programming for our students, and engaging Horizons families. In the lead up to and during the Saturday program dates, the position will focus on working with the Program Director to manage the work around administration and compliance to ensure the smooth operation of the program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Program Management Executing daily schedule of program and operational activities In partnership with the Program Director, overseeing all operational aspects of the program, including bus coordination, supply management, communication protocol, field trips, and food service Communicating student-related issues with families and document such conversations per procedure Coordinating campus resources as they relate to the program (e.g., classroom space, cafeteria, computer and technology usage, etc.) In partnership with the Program Dir...Director, Program Director, Finance Director, Management, Education, Staff
