As a Picker/ Packer, you will play a key role in the final stages of our production process. This entry-level position is responsible for accurately picking, inspecting, and packing finished plastic containers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Remove finished plastic containers from production machines Perform quality checks to identify and report product defects Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications Stack and package products securely for shipment Ensure items are properly labeled and meet quality standards Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures Qualifications: Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Strong attention to detail and reliability...Packer, Picker, Transportation, Staffing
