The military support coordinator is responsible for helping convert admitted military applicants to enrolled students for Alabama online. As such, he/she will: Help admitted applicants register for courses Help with setting up TROY accounts Ensure evaluation has been completed and explain evaluation to student Ensure applicant has completed FAFSA, TA, Certificate of Eligibility paperwork Help schedule placement exam, CLEP, or DANTES if necessary Provide military prospects with unofficial evals Administer testing at Ft. Benning Contact assigned enrolled new starts who drop courses during drop/add Check in two weeks into class to make sure student is settled Other duties as assigned as they relate to enrollment management Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field from a regionally accredited four-year college or university 2. Minimum of two years of related work experience in higher education 3.
