Job Description :
Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Two (2) years of full-time administrative experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google applications. Project management experience and/or experience coordinating events. Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Additional years (3 ) of full-time administrative experience. Calendar management experience. Experience working in the government sector. Experience drafting correspondences/communications. Experience working with an E-Procurement System. Experience with conference and/or event planning. Experience securing and facilitating virtual meetings. Brief Description of Duties:The Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Executive Director of Conferences & Special Events, plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department.
