The Associate Director of the Packaging & Labeling Group in Global Packaging & Robotics is responsible for leadership for the Packaging Engineers supporting commercial packaging support including laboratory testing, commercialization of packaging for new molecules, technical support for shipping/distribution, material support for new packaging lines/equipment, and on-going oversight across the packaging platforms. Lead 10 direct reports and contracted/outsourced engineering resources. Recruit Package Engineering FTEs, Interns, and Co-ops for GPR & US Packaging Sites. Support the delivery of new packaging lines and assets at sites, with a mindset to driving standardization and continuous improvement. Effectively partner with key customers to include Regulatory, DDCS, IDM, Corporate Engineering organizations, Global Logistics, ETC, and plant sites.
