Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and a smooth treatment process.
• Take precise dental x-rays to aid in accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prepare and sanitize operatories after each procedure, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Manage patient flow effectively, facilitating seamless transitions during their visit.
• Adhere to infection control standards by sterilizing instruments and equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices to foster long-term oral health habits.
• Perform accurate impressions and bite registrations for custom dental appliances.
• Conduct digital iTero scans, providing advanced diagnostic data.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation to aid in effective treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the entire dental team to enhance patient experiences and satisfaction.

What You Need:

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• Willingness to travel for newly acquired offices.
